I’m Jackie Burke, The Preppy Italian.
I built this brand as a way to bridge the gap between my Italian roots and my role as a mom, nurse, wife, chef, and small business-owner. I wanted to find a way to give my kids the same unprocessed fresh Italian food I grew up making with my Italian Grandparents.
I cook with only whole-food ingredients that are completely unprocessed. I avoid sugar, dairy, and gluten in my recipes when I can. The result? Some tasty recipes I hope you enjoy!
